Via Verde Master Association
Wimbledon is a part of the Via Verde Master Association.
Via Verde has a small ($180) annual assessment that is mandatory for all 2500+ Via Verde Members.
This assessment is typically mailed in late December of each year, payable in January and will nearly triple if late.
We highly recommend all Wimbledon Owners sign up for Direct Debit with Via Verde to reduce the likelihood of incurring late fees.
Please note that Via Verde is a separate, Master Homeowners Association with a different management company (RMC).
